My 18yr son had his car serviced here. He returned home and it cost him double what they advised. No communication to advise of this. Looking at the invoice I am still disappointed. Completely overpriced, parts are marked up excessively. Would have liked to keep our business local but cant help but feel completely ripped off. Will not support this business any further. We have 3 cars and will now get our fuel from Coles.
Fantastic and friendly. Trailer bearings were shot. Limped it on and they fixed it right away. They showed my curious daughter the bearings,explained it all to her and gave her some free snacks too.
Stu was a life saver! After my VWs water pump died I had no choice but to drive it to the nearest garage (after closing time!) Without knowing anything about these guys my husband and I were reassured when Stu quickly identified not just one issue but the second which I knew about. Communication was great, he saved me a bundle by researching the part and ordering it online. He had it fitted only a day or so after it arrived and I was back on the road feeling very grateful. Stu is a big asset to his boss, an awesome young man and an A1 mechanic.
After completely loosing all brakes on my 4wd I managed to limp it in to Auto Plus where I was greeted by Stuart, He immediately got the car on the hoist and pointed out the problem. I was delighted to get such a quick result. Stuart also sourced a part for me which was going to save me buying a new one. Stuart also took the time out to run me home and picked me up from my house after the service was completed which was totally unexpected and appreciated as the weather was terrible.I can not recommend Auto Plus enough. The service was fantastic and great value for money.Thank you, I will be back.
